START YOUR OWN WOMEN'S CIRCLE WITH FACILITATED SUPPORT
Sitting in circle with other women over the past 6 years has been one of the most essential parts of my healing and growth journey.
I’ve founded and facilitated multiple circles, where women gather to tell our stories, be seen in our longing, our grief, and our power.
We hold each other up. We gently challenge and inspire one another to follow our passions.
We listen. We reflect what we hear.
We meditate and dance together.
We help one another step into our unique leadership.
Most importantly, we heal the wounds we have in connection with other women.
Every women’s circle I’ve belonged to starts with the same story:
“I don’t trust other women.”
“Most of my friendships are with men. I don’t have many women as friends.”
In Women’s Circle we face these stories and we learn another way of relating through various practices and invitations.
If you are longing for deeper connection with other women or interested in developing your own leadership skills, a women’s circle might be for you.
I can help you get a circle going with 6-8 weeks of guided facilitation, including:

*This offering is open to anyone who identifies as a woman. While my experience and focus is on creating safe spaces for those who identify this way, I am also available to co-create and facilitate community circles open to all sexes and genders!
